Welcome to Rozana. By downloading or using our app, you agree to these terms. We've written them to be clear and fair — please read them.

1. Using Rozana

You must be at least 13 years old to use Rozana
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You agree not to misuse the app or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways
One account per person — do not share accounts

2. Content on Rozana

Our content:

All designs, templates, quotes, and images on Rozana are owned by Rozana or our content partners. You may use them for personal, non-commercial sharing on social media. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of our designs.

Your content:

Your photo and name remain yours. By uploading your photo to Rozana, you give us permission to display it within the app on your designs — nothing else. We will never use your photo in our marketing or share it with third parties.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
You can cancel anytime from app settings
Pricing is in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Rozana to:

Create or share content that is hateful, abusive, or illegal
Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the app
Use the app for commercial resale of our designs

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension without refund.

5. Disclaimer

Rozana is provided "as is." While we work hard to keep the app running smoothly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any indirect loss arising from use of the app.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
