We're sorry to see you go. This page explains our account deletion process and what happens to your data.
This Action Cannot Be Undone
Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers. You will not be able to recover your account, saved cards, or any other data.
What Data Will Be Deleted
✓ Account Information
Your name, email address, phone number, and profile photo will be permanently deleted from our database.
✓ User-Generated Content
All cards you've created, saved, or shared through the app will be deleted. This includes personalized cards with your photo and name.
✓ Usage History
Your app usage data, preferences, favorites, and download history will be completely erased.
✓ Premium Subscription
If you have an active premium subscription, it will be cancelled immediately. No refund will be issued for the remaining period.
What Data We Retain (If Any)
Transaction Records (Legal Requirement)
We are legally required to retain certain financial records for tax and accounting purposes:
- Payment transaction IDs and amounts
- Invoice numbers and dates
- Subscription purchase records
This data is anonymized (your name, email, and phone are removed) and retained only for the minimum period required by Indian tax laws (typically 7 years).
Anonymized Analytics
Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics (e.g., "X% of users used feature Y") may be retained for product improvement. This data cannot be traced back to you.
Deletion Timeline
Submit Deletion Request
Email support@rozana.app with your registered email or phone number.
Identity Verification
We'll verify your identity to prevent unauthorized deletion. You may be asked to confirm via OTP sent to your registered contact.
Processing (Within 30 Days)
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our active systems within 30 days of verification.
Confirmation
You'll receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
How to Request Account Deletion
Send us an email with the following information:
Include in your email:
- ✓ Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
- ✓ Your registered email address or phone number
- ✓ Reason for deletion (optional, helps us improve)

- Google Play Store data deletion requirements
- Apple App Store privacy guidelines
- Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 and DPDP Act, 2023
